Are you imagining, yet, how great your life would be?
Well I’m a big believer in the power of inspirational quotations to get the message across as quickly and directly as possible. And that’s why I’ve decided to list seven self improvement quotes that cover these key self-help areas of life. And I discuss how you can embrace these inspirational quotes – these self improvement ideas – so that you can make a difference in your life today.
Let’s begin.
==> Self-Improvement Quote #1: Anger
“How much more grievous are the consequences of anger than the causes of it.” — Marcus Aurelius.
What this quotations means, I think, is that there is nothing wrong with getting angry – things are always going to happen that take us unawares, and make us cross. The important issue is HOW we express that anger.
So make sure, starting today, that you take a look at what’s still making you angry years after the event. And let go of this anger, if you can, as this anger is hurting you much more than it’s hurting anyone else.
And try and deal with new angry situations in a way where you express yourself clearly and assertively. Express it and forget it.

5 Simple Tips for Effective Goal Setting and Reaching
If you ask this question, “How important is goal setting?” The answer is: “It is extremely important!” Every successful people I have met, have GOALS in their lives. A successful father has goals, a successful businessman or woman has goals, a successful student has goals… Goal setting is very important, it serves as a guide and roadmap in life. Life without goal is a life that is not worth living.
I hope I have managed to convinced you that goal setting is important in life. In this article, I will share with you some tips to help you set and achieve goals in your life.
Before we start, remember these 5 criteria for setting effective goals: express goals positively; set precise goals; prioritize the goals; write down the goals, and keep the goals small.
Why do we need to set goals to achieve? Without goals, there is no direction; no focus; no reason to become involved in anything worthwhile. More importantly, if we want to live a successful life, we would need to create the path that would lead us to success. The success path is created through an effective goal setting.
Goal setting also allows us to design and control our lives. It allows us to achieve how we want live; how we grow our family; how we run our business; how we imrpove our skills; how we help others to succeed; how we achieve peak performance; and how we gain self-confidence.
Here are some tips to help you do an effective goal setting:
Tip 1: Goals must be specific. To say that you want to be a successful businessman is not an effective goal setting. You must be more specific than that. Why is it that you want to be a successful businessman? How are you going to achieve the success you want? When do you expect to achieve that success? You need to write them down and try to answer the questions so that you are reminded everyday.
Tip 2: Goals must be realistic. To say that you want to become a millionaire in 1 day is something that is unrealistic. I want to achieve my first million dollar in 5 years from my business, now this sounds more realistic.
Tip 3: Keep your goals small. Break them down so that they are manageable and attainable. If you set too BIG a goal, it may overwhelm you and you will lose your grasp.
Tip 4: Keep learning and keep improving your skills and knowledge. It goes without saying that you need knowledge and skills to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. Knowledge and skills are crucial for success and they are not something you can set on stone. They keep on changing and evolving… therefore, you also need to grow and learn new knowledge and new skills everyday.
Tip 5: Prioritize your goals. You may have more than one goals in your life. How do you know what goals are more important than another? Only you can answer that question; you need to prioritize the goals based on your current circumstances. So, sit down and do some thinking and start prioritizing your goals.
